Sphoorti Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year February 1996 and started its manufacturing activities with two Vertical Machining Centers.

2024
- Added 4th Gemini - VMC.
- Added BFW Prima HMC for Heavy duty machining.

2018
- Sphoorti’s Unit-2 started. Dedicated to produce VDI Static Tool Holders to meet high volume contracts, majorly from Europe.
- Added 1st Gemini - Twin Spindle Vertical Machining Centers for Multi setup with Twin Pallet System.
- Added VMC’s with Multi setup & Twin Pallet System to graph up production.
- Added HMC’s with Multi setup & Twin Pallet System to increase the volume.
- Milestone of more than 100,000 VDI Tool Holders achieved.
2016
- Started BMT Tool Disc & Tool Holders (Static & Driven).
- Facility elevated with Super Precision HARDINGE – Hard Part Turning Center to achieve grinding tolerances and super finish to ascertain high level GD & T.
- World class 5-Axes HERMLE – German Machining Center to produce Tool Disc & Tool Holders in housing single setup with close tolerance.
2011
- Metrology upgraded with ZEISS CMM Machine ensuring dimensional accuracies.
- DMG Horizontal Machining Center 1st Machine commissioned.
2009
- VDI Driven Tool Holders flagged off.
2006
- Moved to new premises with an area of 1 acre and built area of 24,000 Sq. ft.
- Added new lines with CNC Turn Mill Centers & Machining Centers.
- MAZAK Horizontal Machining Center 1st Machine installed.
- VDI Tool Disc productionised & started exporting to Europe.
2003
- Inroads to Europeans market @ EMO.
2000
- Product range expanded to VDI Static Tool Holders.
1996
- Incorporated in 1996 with a shop floor area of 5000 Sq. ft. and 2 Vertical Machining centers.
- Began Slotted Tool Disc & Static Tool Holders manufacturing.
